The existing fibre cement (white Chrysotile asbestos) roof was aged and was allowing water entry.

Client requested that it be over-clad to avoid disruption to the warehouse below.

The roof now consists of insulation and new single-skin sheeting to provide a life-span in excess of 20 years.
